A spectacle of tradition and gastronomy at Capri restaurant! 

We had the incredible honor of being part of the exclusive Kaitai Sho event – ​​the traditional ceremonial cutting of bluefin tuna. The tuna was masterfully filleted by experienced Chef Enrico and Hiroco sensei.

Guests had the opportunity to enjoy the freshest sushi that these culinary virtuosos prepared before their eyes. We are extremely proud of this collaboration and are already looking forward to future joint projects with Chef Enrico and Hiroco sensei!
